| 摘 要： | 公路工程建设与养护资金的有效投入,对公路使用年限至关重要,而公路建成后的养护,只能减缓公路使用品质的衰退。本文通过对公路建设与养护单位资金投入的现状分析,提出公路建设期与养护之间的资金投入比例,不仅关系到公路正常运行,从总体上看,还能节约有限的资金资源。

| Abstract: | The effective investment on the construction of highway is essential to the duration of the project, and the following maintenance is only effective on maintaining the normal condition of the highway, and delaying the deterioration of its overall quality. To improve the quality of highway through maintenance, it is not only hard to achieve designing requirement, but the overall investment will be much larger than it should be. |
