摘    要:陇海线济南铁路局管内已开通了陇海线调度集中系统指挥行车,面对陇海线电力区段的电力机车和非电力机车混跑,有时出现的电力机车进入到非电力网区段问题,提出调度集中控制下的综合解决方案,确保电力机车的安全运行.

Abstract:The Longhai Line of Jinan Railway Administration was already oponed the Longhai Line Centralized Traffic Control System. Faced with Longhai Line power motor and nor power motor in electric power section that drifted along running, the power car sometimes entered to no power network section. It was put forward a scheme to ensure a power motor safety running.
