南通兴东机场发展战略分析

采用SWOT分析法,分析了南通机场所面临的经济、政策等方面机遇和市场威胁,结合机场独特的区位优势和可持续发展的基础条件,建议公司应主动接触上海机场集团有限公司,近期定位为客货两用支线机场;中远期定位为上海国际航空枢纽的组合机场、客运支线枢纽机场、国际货运机场;最后,提出了南通兴东机场实施该发展战略需要做的一些工作建议。

Research on the Development Strategy of Xingdong Airport in Nantong

In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyse the opportunities of economical and politial and macket challenge faced to Nantong airport. Combined with the special location advantage and basic conditions of continuous development, this paper proposed that the company should contact with Shanghai Airport Group Co. Ltd., it＇s recent strategic orientation is combination regional airport, middle orientation is combination airport of shanghai international aiport hub,passenger regional hub airport and international freight airport. Finally,this paper puts forward advices forstrategy realization of the airport.
