摘    要:为了解决炮兵火力计划选择的随意性和盲目性,建立了基于神经网络的方案评估与优选模型,确定了实施步骤,文章最后举例说明了模型在火力计划中的应用,进一步证明了其科学性和创新性,为炮兵火力计划评估与优选提供了一种定量和定性相结合的新方法。

Abstract:To solve the subjectiveness and blindness in optimizing the plan of artillery firepower,it establishes an evaluational and optimizational model,makes certain steps of the implementation.At last,the paper illustrates the application of the model in the fire plan scheme,and proves it’s scientificalness and innovation in further it provides a new way which combines qualitative and mensurable methods to assess and optimize the plan of artillery firepower.
