基于改进ADC模型的指挥信息系统作战效能评估

以美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会提出的ADC模型为基础，构建了指挥信息系统作战效能评估的指标体系和评估模型。将使用人员能力素质和战场环境影响因素引人AIX2模型中，建立了改进ADC法的指挥信息系统作战效能评估模型。以某型指挥信息系统为例，用建立的模型进行量化评估，能充分利用决策者的判断信息，较为准确地反映实际情况。该模型可为部队训练和作战提供系统的战斗效能数据，找出影响系统作战能力的敏感因素，为发展新型装备提供依据。

Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Command Information System Based on the Improved ADC Model

Based on the ADC model which is advanced by the weapon system effectiveness industry advisory committee,the paper builds the index system and evaluation model of command information system operational effectiveness evaluation.It introduces personnel competency and battlefield environment factor into the ADC model command information system.To a command information system for example,quantitative evaluation of the established model can make full use of information decision makers to determine,more accurately reflect the actual situation.The model can be run military training and combat to provide battle command information system performance data to identify coastal command information system combat capability of the sensitive elements to provide the basis for the development of new equipment.
