| 摘 要： | 建立了舰艇综合通信能力评估指标体系，以层次分析法与灰色决策理论相结合的方法，综合舰艇综合通信能力的各构成因素，建立了评估模型，并通过该模型对舰艇综合通信能力进行了评估，检验了模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | An evaluation index system of ships integrated communication capabilities is established with the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and grey decision-making theory.according to the constituent elements of ships integrated communication capabilities,the evaluation model is established.And finally,test the validity of the model through evaluate of the ships integrated communication capabilities. |
