摘    要:为了满足高速数字图像摄像机的视频数据实时存储的需求,该文给出了一种基于NandFlash的高速电子存储系统的设计。高速电子存储系统具有CameraLink摄像机接口、存储数据的文件管理功能和FTP网络下载功能,最大存储容量为3.84TB,最大数据写入速度可以达到3.2Gbps。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of data store of high-speed digital CCD sensor,this paper introduces a design of high-speed electric storage system based on Nand Flash.The high-speed electric storage system has an interface of cameralink circuit,data file management function and FTP function,the maximum storage capacity of which is 3.84TB and the highest write-in speed of which is 3.2Gbps.
