| 摘 要： | 着眼系统综合效能的特点，从指挥控制、信息控制、综合保障、指挥员能力和环境影响等方面构建了炮兵指挥信息系统综合效能评估指标体系，并采用模糊综合评判、层次分析等数学方法，对系统综合效能进行评估。
