Discussion about the bidding management for maritime infrastructure construction

Engineering cost management is through the whole process of the maritime infrastructure construction. The cost control at the bidding phase will solve the uncertainty of the cost due to early phase consideration in scale and design. It can also lay a very good foundation for the later cost control in the construction phase. The author of this paper, through analyzing and studying those factors which affect the cost in bidding phase, provides for reference some methods and suggestions in the cost control for the engineering project.
