螺旋桨立式预装方法及工艺研究

船舶螺旋桨在上船安装前，其锥孔与艉轴锥体的配合需经钳工内场研配，为了检查螺旋桨锥孔与艉轴锥体配合的紧密性以及着色研配的接触面达到70％以上等技术要求，需在内场对研配好的螺旋桨与艉轴进行内场预装，文章详细介绍了螺旋桨立式预装方法，并在此基础上制定了螺旋桨立式预装工艺。

Research on technique and method for propeller's vertical preassembling

Prior to fix it on board, the countersunk and stem cone of marine propeller shall need the fitters＇ cooperation in workshop. In order to inspect the tightness between the countersunk to propeller and the stern cone as well as to ensure the interface of the painting are more than 70% of the technique requirement, we have to perform preassembling for the countersunk to propeller and the stern cone in workshop. We have detailedly described the vertical preassembling method for propeller in this article, and on the basis of this we established the vertical preassembling technology for propeller.
