基于虚拟样机的发动机激励源仿真分析

摘    要:如何真实模拟发动机振动噪声激励载荷是发动机NVH的一个关键技术。结合虚拟样机分析技术,利用UG及ADAMS软件建立发动机曲轴连杆机构的虚拟样机,对曲轴连杆机构进行了多体动力学仿真,得到发动机曲轴连杆及活塞动力学特征数据曲线,为后续发动机的噪声与振动分析和预测,提供了更为准确的约束条件。

Abstract:It is one of key technology studying NVH of engine how to simulate actually vibration and noise of engine.Based on virtual prototype analysis technology,Virtual prototype of engine crankshaft system was built by software of UG and ADAMS in this paper.Engine crankshaft system was simulated based on multi-body dynamic system and obtained dynamic characteristic curve and parameter of engine crankshaft system and piston.Exactitude constraint conditions were provided for analyzing and forecasting vibration and noise of engine in the future.
