Abstract: | Abstract: From the view of human resources, the main factor that restraints Anhui transforming from a large water transportation province into a strong water transportation one, the current situation of talents demand and cultivation were analyzed, and the existing problems was pointed out. The suggestions were put forward to speed up establishing the mechanism and system of talents cuhivation for Anhui water transportation personnel. |
