摘    要:
斗轮机与推耙机协作时,由于斗轮机司机视角范围有限,加之推耙机司机都佩戴有专门的防噪声耳塞,无法正常使用对讲机等通信设备,以至斗轮机司机此时无法正确判断推耙机具体位置,较容易发生斗轮机与推耙机的碰撞事故。在斗轮机斗轮左右显眼处各安装1个声光报警器,且根据实际的工作环境,选用无线的通讯方式来实现告知等功能。

Abstract:
During the collaboration work of the stacker-reclaimer and bulldozer,the collision between them happens occasionally because of the limited viewing angle range,out of use of the communications equipments. This study developed a scheme using the sound and light alarms installed in a prominent place of the stacker-reclaimer. And the wireless communication was used during their cooperation.
