| 摘 要： | 在薄板成型过程中，材料的性能对成型过程影响很大，阐述了采用ＬＳ－ＤＹＮＡ３Ｄ中Ｈｕｇｈｅｓ－Ｌｉｕ壳理论，Ｈｉｌｌ各向异性屈服函数有限元数值模拟的过程，在方盒拉伸过程中，计算了二种不同材料－０８Ａｌ和０８Ｆ在完全相同条件下拉探成型的结果，这些结果表明，在分析薄板成型过程中ＬＳ－ＤＹＮＡ３Ｄ是一个极有效的工具。

| Abstract: | During sheet metal forming process,material property has very great influence on the process.Procedule of adopting Hughes Liu shell theory in LS DYNA3D and finite element digital simulation of various direction different yielding function by Hill is discoursed in the article.Result of deep drawing of two different materials 08Al and 08F under entirely equal condition in square box forming process has been calculated,which reveals that LS DYNA3D is a very effective tool in analysing the process of shcet metal forming. |
