| 摘 要： | 通过分析试制样车车门的包边过程,从车门外板在包边过程中的弯曲变形得出了确定包边载荷的理论依据.通过分析手工包边所产生的质量缺陷及包边模的功能要求,总结了包边工具应满足的性能要求.根据其性能要求,成功开发了便携式包边工具,在实际应用中成功解决了手工包边生产效率低、工人劳动强度大、包边质量缺陷等问题.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the door hemming process in the pre-production operation,the theoretical basis of the hemming load is determined,which is analyzed from the process of outer-side door deformation hemming.By analyzing the quality defects of handworked hemming and the functional requirements of hemming mould,the functional requirements of the hemming tool are summarized.According to its functional requirements,the portable hemming tools have developed successfully,and the tool have resolved the low productivity,labor-intensive and improved the hemming quality in the pre-production operation. |
