基于参数化白车身的前纵梁响应面优化设计

摘    要:以前纵梁为研究对象,基于SFE Concept参数化白车身模型,对正面100%刚性墙碰撞下的整车耐撞性能进行数值模拟和优化设计。文中引入"分析驱动设计"的理念,综合考虑有效加速度、效率、侵入量等多个评价指标,对纵梁的截面、厚度、长度等参数进行DOE实验设计并建立数学模型,总结各设计变量对碰撞性能的影响规律,最终得到纵梁的最优化设计,提高了整车的耐碰撞性能。

Abstract:The front longitudinal beam as the study object,based on a SFE Concept BIW model,numerical simulation and optimization design is conducted on vehicle crashworthiness in the front 100% rigid wall collision.The concept of "analysis drive design" is inducted.The multiple evaluation of the effective acceleration,efficiency,invasive amount is considered. DOE experimental design and mathematical model of cross-section,thickness,length and other parameters are conducted.The impact of various design variables on the collision performance is summarized,the optimization design is got and vehicle crashworthiness performance is improved.
