摘    要:应用FIRE软件对某一新设计发动机冷却水套进行三维数值模拟,得到了冷却液流场压力损失、流场速率、换热系数分布、流量分布等基本流场信息。与AVL标准限值及现有产品发动机冷却水套数值分析结果比较,提出了调整缸垫分水孔的大小和布置、修改缸盖水套结构、调节水流方向等措施,对优化设计后的冷却水套重新进行流体力学(CFD)计算,结果表明,水套的冷却能力满足工程标准要求。

Application of CFD Technology to Optimize Gasoline Engine Water Jacket Cooling

Abstract:Fire software is applied to optimize one new engine water jacket cooling with,and the flow field information is obtained,such as coolant pressure loss,flow field velocity,distribution of heat exchange coefficient and flow distribution and so on.Compared with AVL standard limit value and benchmark CFD results,the modification proposal is put forward.The location and holes dimension of gasket pattern is optimized,the cylinder head structure is modified,and the flow direction is adjusted.Then the optimized water jacket cooling is calculated,and the results show that the water jacket cooling capability can meet the engineering standard requirement.
