基于蚁群算法的推土机终传动齿轮变位系数优化

摘    要:在保证总中心距、总传动比、齿宽、材质等参数不变的条件下,建立了推土机终传动齿轮的变位系数优化模型。以2对齿轮的变位系数和最大共轭啮合齿轮齿根的最大滑动系数差最小为优化目标,合理选择分配齿轮变位系数和参数,达到改善齿轮传动性能的目的,并利用蚁群算法求解优化问题。

Abstract:In the case of gear parameters such as total transmission rate,total middle distance and gear width unchanging,a mathematical model of bulldozer terminal transmission gear modification coefficient optimization is proposed.By taking two double gear maxium sum of modification coefficient and minimum disparity of maximal slid coefficient as optimizing objectives,modification coefficient is distributed rationally so as to improve gear transmission function.And optimization is solved by ant colony algorithm.
