盾构砂浆优化设计的支持向量机方法

摘    要:目前盾构砂浆的配比一般采用正交试验的方法,正交试验的缺点是需要做大量的实验才能得出配比,这会浪费大量的时间和费用。近年来,与计算机科学密切相关的数值优化方法中的支持向量机以及人工智能领域的遗传算法在各方面得到了广泛的应用。为了克服传统方法的缺点,以盾构砂浆试验配合比得出的数据作为训练样本,应用支持向量机和遗传算法对盾构砂浆的配合比进行了优化.计算和试验验证的结果表明本方法具有一定的使用价值。

Abstract:Currently the mixing proportion of shield-mortar usually use orthogonal test, the shortcomings of which lie in the need of lots of experiments and inevitable much waste of time and money. The support vector machine and GA belonging to numerical optimizing method which is related closely to computer science have more and more been used. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods, the support vector machine and GA are used to optimize the mixing proportion of shield-mortar. The calculation and the experiment results indicate that this method is useful.
