摘    要:为解决对铁路货车车辆焊接结构疲劳寿命预测的难题,运用I-DEAS软件提供的二次开发功能,研制了基于AAR标准的铁路货车疲劳寿命预测系统。采用CORBA与I-DEAS互操作技术将载荷谱处理模块、FEA结果提取模块、疲劳计算模块、综合计算模块以自定义ICON形式嵌入到I-DEAS软件之中。采用Miner线性累积损伤理论及AAR标准中提供的SN曲线,实现了有限元分析与疲劳寿命预测的系统集成。最后,以铁路重载运煤货车为实例,进行疲劳寿命预测与方案评估,证明当从疲劳寿命的角度对铁路货车的设计方案选优时,本文的研究是有实用价值的。

Abstract:To solve the difficult problem of predicting the fatigue life of welded constructions of railway vehicles, the function of secondary development by means of the I-DEAS software is utilized to develop the Standard-AAR based fatigue-life predicting system for railway vehicles. Using the CORBA-I-DEAS interoperability technique, the module of load spectrum processing, module of FEA results extraction, module of fatigue life calculation and module of comprehensive calculation are embedded into the I-DEAS software as self-defined I- CON. The finite element analysis and fatigue life prediction are integrated into the system on the basis of the Miner linear damage accumulation theory and by adoption of the S-N data included in Standard-AAR. As a practical example, the fatigue life of heavy-load coal wagons is predicted and the design scheme is evaluated. The research results prove to be of practical value when selecting the optimum railway wagon design scheme in view of fatigue life prediction.
