摘    要:本文通过分析运行状态下的高速公路的特殊性,提出了灌浆法处理公路搭板脱空的关键技术问题是如何在限制工艺和材料用量的条件下实施灌浆方案。通过室内材料试验得到了相对经济的灌浆材料配方,通过灌浆现场试验得到了可行的灌浆工艺和检测方法。现场试验的处理效果说明了所采用材料配方、工艺的可行性及合理性。

Abstract:In this paper the key technique issues in treatment of cavity under highway bridge approach transition slab by grouting,under the limited technological and the material conditions,was put forward and discussed,based on the condition analysis of the highway under construction.And,relatively economical grouting material ratio was determined,by laboratory material test.The feasible grouting technics and monitoring method was worked out by the field test.And the result of the field test approves the feasibility of the employed material and technology.
