摘    要:既有线隧道加固工程具有受“天窗点”制约明显,附属项目多,段落零散,安全和运营配合要求高等特点,因此,其造价编制与新建工程相比,不但要采用补充、调整和借用定额的方法,而且还要增加施工配合费和临时调度命令干扰费等费用项目。为解决既有线隧道加固工程编制造价与实际成本偏差较大的问题,建议提高人工费标准,按实际情况计算风、水、电、管路及注浆等工程费用,并上调施工机构调谴费。

Abstract:Tunnel strengthening projects of existing railway, which often has various appurtenant projects that scat- ters in no sequence, is subjected to the restriction of skylight - segment, and is characteristic of high safety requirements and high standard of cooperation. Compared to newly built projects, its cost compilation, besides the supplement, adjustment and reference of ration methods, also needs adding cost items such as construction coordination fee and interference fee caused by temporary dispatching orders. In order to solving large deviations between cost compilations and actual costs, the author suggests raising labor cost standard, calculating engineering costs in terms of wind, water, electricity, pipe line based on actual situations, as well as enhancing removal compensations paid to the construction units.
