根据全并联AT供电方式的特点，提出了保护动作流程，并给出了具体的保护方案。根据保护动作流程，变电所馈线重合闸动作前后的供电方式改变，必然导致保护装置整定值的改变，针对该变化，提出了对同一断路器随着重合闸动作改变整定值的保护方案，从而保证保护的可靠性，然后给出了它们之间的配合原理，保证保护装置不误动和不拒动。最后在本文保护方案的基础上，提出了一种简单可行的测距方法。
