上皮性卵巢癌中P53蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的　探讨抑癌基因P5 3蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　对 74例上皮性卵巢癌应用免疫组化方法检测P5 3蛋白的表达。结果　上皮性卵巢癌中P5 3蛋白有一定的表达缺失 ,在G1、G2级组织表达率 (90 .6 2 % )高于G3级 (6 6、6 7% ) ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同的临床分期中 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期阳性表达为 2 2 / 2 4 (91、6 7% ) ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期阳性表达为 35 / 5 0 (70 % ) ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。在浆液性和黏液性两种不同的组织类型间 ,表达率分别为 82 .98%和 6 6 .6 7% ,二者无明显差别。结论　P5 3蛋白的表达缺失在上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展过程有一定的作用 ,并且与病变进展和分化有关

Expression of P53 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and clinical value

Objective To study the relationship between P53 and carcinogenesis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression level of P53 protein in 74 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results The expression level of P53 protein was higher in G1 and G2 groups (90.62%) than in G3 group (66.67%, P<0.05). Moreover, P53 protein expression varied between different clinical stages, the expression level of stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ(22/24, 91.67%) was higher than that of stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ (35/50, 70%, P<0.05). There was no difference in expression between different histological types (expression rate in serous type 82.98% and in mucinous one 66.67%, P> 0.05). Conclusion P53 may play a role in the pathogenesis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
