道岔区钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构静力分析

摘    要:为研究道岔区钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构的受力特性,为道岔区钢弹簧浮置板的设计和使用提供依据,根据国外道岔区钢弹簧浮置板的设计,并结合某地铁线路道岔区的线路条件,建立了道岔区钢弹簧浮置板轨道的三维有限元模型,分析直向和侧向施加静荷载时道岔浮置板的纵横向弯矩包络图、应力以及基本轨和里轨垂向位移差的分布规律,并比较荷载作用在道岔浮置板直股和曲股以及正线浮置板时,钢弹簧浮置板弯矩包络图的区别。通过分析得出道岔区钢弹簧浮置板沿纵向和横向的受力虽不均匀,尤其是转辙部位和辙叉至道岔浮置板后端部位,但是道岔浮置板所受弯矩和应力以及基本轨和里轨的位移差都在允许范围内。

Static Analysis of Track Structure with Steel-spring Floating Slab in Turnout Area

Abstract:The purpose of this paper was to research the stress state of the track structure with steel-spring floating slab in turnout area,so as to provide basis for the design and utilization of steel-spring floating slab in turnout area. According to the design of steel-spring floating slab in turnout area at abroad,in combination with the route condition of turnout area on a certain railway,this paper established a three-dimensional finite element model of track structure with steel-spring floating slab in turnout area. Then,when the static loads respectively acting on the straight line and lateral line of the turnout,the longitudinal and transverse bending moment envelope diagrams and the stresses of the steel-spring floating slab in turnout area,together with the distribution pattern of vertical displacement difference between the stock rail and the closure rail were analyzed. In addition,the differences among the bending moment envelope diagrams of the steel-spring floating slab were compared with each other when the loads respectively acting on the turnout straight line,turnout curved line,and the main line. The results demonstrate that: the stress states of the steel-spring floating slab are not uniform along longitudinal and transverse directions,especially at the switch position and at the position from the frog to the rear end of the floating slab in the turnout area. But the results also show that the bending moments and stresses of the floating slab in the turnout area as well as the displacement difference between the stock rail and the closure rail are all within allowable ranges.
