基于线阵CCD相机的轨道图像采集系统设计

摘    要:轨道图像信息的采集是对轨道状态实时监控的重要手段。设计了一种基于线阵CCD相机的新型图像采集系统,该系统利用线阵CCD相机连续快速的记录轨道信息,整个系统运行速度能达到10 km/h,钢轨表面图像的横纵分辨率为0.5 mm×0.5 mm,并且图像不失真,不漏采;同时解决了信号触发和里程记录等关键问题,实现轨道信息的完整采集。实验结果表明:系统不受小车速度变化的影响,并能准确记录里程信息,从而为后续缺陷的检测与定位奠定基础。

Design of Track Image Acquisition System Based on Linear-array CCD Camera

Abstract:Information collection of track image is an important means for monitoring track conditions in real time.In order to obtain the complete picture of railway track,a new-type image information acquisition system based on linear array CCD camera was developed in this design.The system can record the track information in quick succession by the use of linear array CCD camera,the running speed of the whole system can reach 10 km/h,and the horizontal and transverse resolution ratio of the rail surface is0.5 mm×0.5 mm without any image distortion and missing.In addition,the key issues such as signal triggering,mileage recording and so on were solved in this design,so the complete collection of track information can be achieved.The experimental results indicate;the system can be independent of speed change of track inspection car and be capable of recording the mileage information accurately,laying the foundation for the next work of defect detection and localization.
