铁路无砟轨道板预制场模块化整体规划技术研究

无砟轨道板预制场是铁路数量较多的大型临时工程之一,其规划设计标准化和规范化工作十分重要~([1-3])。结合课题科研成果和规划设计经验,分别阐述CRTSⅠ、CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板场功能区划分、规划原则、关键参数合理取值和规划设计技术,重点叙述轨道板场模块化规划设计技术的研究,力求预制场降低建设成本、提高土地利用率和生产效率,为轨道板场规划设计提供技术参考。

Study on Integrated Planning Technology with Modularization for Precast Yard of Railway Ballastless Track Slabs

Precast yard of ballastless track slabs is one of the numerous large-scale temporary railway projects,and the standardization and normalization in its planning design is very important.Combining with the results of scientific research and planning design experience,this paper respectively discussed relevant issues of the precast yards of CRTS-Ⅰ and CRTS-Ⅱ ballastless track slabs,including the division of functional areas,the planning principle,the reasonable values of key parameters,and the planning design technology.In addition,this paper emphatically expounded the study about the modularized planning design technology of the precast yard of track slabs,for the purposes of reducing the project cost of precast yard,improving the land utilization ratio and production efficiency,and providing technical reference for planning design of precast yard of track slabs.
