圬工拱涵开裂的病害分析及维修加固

近年来高速公路上部分圬工拱涵出现不同程度的裂缝。对于在现场踏勘中结构毫米级的位移无原始参照无法检测的情况下,引入虚拟位移法,对结构拱脚产生微小变位所引起的主拱圈受力变化进行了详细的分析。同时介绍了加固处置方案中关键的处置措施。最后采用有限元分析软件,考虑结构的二次受力,对加固后的拱涵进行了受力状态的分析。加固运营两年多后,进行了回访,拱涵结构运营技术状况良好,达到预期加固效果。

Failure Analysis and Treatment Measures for Cracks of Masonry Arch Culverts

Under the impossible measurement without original reference for the millimeter-sized displacement that was found in site survey,by means of the virtual displacement method,the force change that caused by exiguity displacement on arch skew was analyzed in detail.Simultaneously,the strengthening program were established with scientific analysis,and the critical measures were introduced.The force state was analyzed considering secondary force in use of finite element software.When the arch culverts that has been run for two more years were surveyed,it was found that the structures operate in good condition,and the strengthening effect has been achieved.
