摘    要:通过研制稀土铬锰硅合金和硅钙锰合金,有效地解决了稀土、钙在灰铸铁中熔解能力差,造渣倾向严重的问题。采用研制的合金进行试验室试验和现生产工艺试验,详细地分析了稀土、钙对灰铸铁组织和性能的影响。提出用稀土铬锰硅合金代替昂贵的稀土钿铁合金生产高性能的柴油机缸体。

Abstract:Rare earth chrome-manganese-silicon alloy and silicon-calcium-manganese alloy were developed to effectively solve the problems of difficult fusion and severe slagging tendency caosed by the rare earth and calcium in gray iron. The effect of rare earth and calcium on the structure and property of gray iron were analysed in detail through laboratory tests and production technology tests. It is proposed rare earth chrome-manganese-silicon alloy can replace the costly rare earth ferro-molybdenum alloy to produce diesel engine cylinder with high property.
