60Si2Mn和5160H弹簧钢的脱碳行为

摘    要:用显微组织法比较了60Si2Mn和5160H弹风在不同加热条件下的脱碳行为。结果表明,两种弹簧钢的脱碳深度随提高加热温度和增加加热时间增大,Si增加奥氏体中碳的活度使60SiMn销钢表面脱碳较5160H严重。

Abstract:The decarburization character was investigated under different heating conditions for spring steel 60Si2Mn and 5160H by means of microstructure comparison technique. The result shows that the decarburization depth increases with the increase in temperature and holding time for the two steels. The surface decarburization for steel 60Si2Mn is more serious than for 5160H, because the carbon activity is increased by silicon.
