旅客列车开行方案评价指标体系

Evaluation index system of passenger train operation plan is the basis for evaluating and optimizing passenger train plan.By analyzing the current evaluation indexes of passenger transportation operation management and equipment utilization,the turnover indexes,speed indexes and the passenger cars utilization indexes are synthetically set up.Based on current evaluation index system and taking the economy benefit and service level of railway corporation and passengers into consideration,the economy indexes and service indexes are attached,the index system of passenger train plan is put forward.Aiming at the indistinct substitution and correlation between some evaluation indexes,the clustering analysis is applied,and the scale of index system is reduced rationally.The convenience and operability of index system is improved by applying principal component analysis.The analytic results of actual sample show that the clustering analysis can simplify the index system and figure out the characteristics of train operation plan.The principal component analysis can effectively evaluate the effect of passenger operation plan and provide support for the optimization of the passenger operation plan.The index system can be used for evaluating the operation effect of current passenger train operation plan,especially for generating and optimizing passenger train operation plan.
