视觉检测在车辆尺寸测量上的应用

设计了一套非接触在线检测系统,该系统基于近景摄影测量原理,与传统测量方法相比,它可以快速地对目标车辆的长宽尺寸进行非接触检测。利用图像处理的方法,对几种边缘提取算法进行比较,提取图像的边缘,计算其尺寸,再将图像尺寸转换为实际尺寸。指出这一算法可以应用到检测线模糊车型的区分等领域,具备一定的应用前景。

Application of Vision Inspection in Vehicle Measurement

A non-contact on-line detection system is designed based on the principle of close-range photogrammetry. Compared with the traditional method of measurement, it can quickly target vehicle length, width size for non-contact detection. The system uses image processing methods, compares some of the edge extraction algorithm, then extracts the edge of the image to calculate their size, and finally converts image size to full-size. It is indicated that this algorithms can be applied to vehicle distinguish in inspection line. It has certain application prospcet.
