沥青混合料模量不同测试方法的比较分析

摘    要:
为了能够准确得到路面沥青混合料的模量,通过弯拉劲度模量试验、劈裂劲度模量试验、单轴压缩动态模量试验以及FWD反算模量等4种不同测试方法,得到了各测试方法对应的模量值及其发展规律,并对沥青混合料的不同模量测试结果进行了比较分析。结果表明,在相同的试验条件下,动态模量最大,其次为弯拉、劈裂模量,反算模量最小。模量值与试验条件也有很大关系,影响模量的试验因素主要有温度和试验加载的频率。温度越高,模量越低;频率越高,模量越大。

Abstract:
In order to find out veracious asphalt mixture moduli of pavement,four different test methods of asphalt mixture moduli(flexural-tensile stiffness modulus,indirect tensile stiffness modulus,single-axle compressive dynamic modulus and back-calculation modulus of FWD) were carried out.The moduli corresponding to different test methods and development law were found out and the test results of different moduli of asphalt mixtures were comparatively analyzed.The results show that(1)dynamic modulus is the largest,then follows by flexural-tensile stiffness modulus and indirect tensile stiffness modulus,back-calculation modulus is the smallest under the same test condition;(2)the main test influence factors of modulus are temperature and loading frequency:the higher the temperature is,the smaller the modulus is;the higher the frequency is,the larger the modulus is.
