摘    要:为了提高同步碎石封层设备的沥青洒布质量,在研究了同步碎石封层设备以及沥青泵和沥青喷嘴等主要元件工作特性的基础上,指出现有的调节沥青泵转速为适应车速变化、保持沥青洒布量恒定的做法,会引起沥青喷洒系统元件工作点的频繁变换,不利于沥青洒布精度的提高。提出了一种采用液压驱动行走的同步碎石封层设备,其作业车速稳定,沥青喷洒压力不发生改变,沥青洒布精度高,同时还可以获得更高的碎石撒布质量。

Abstract:In order to improve the asphalt distributing quality of synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment, the characteristics of asphalt pump and asphalt nozzle is studied. The results indicate that the existing method adjusting asphalt pump rev to fit the changeable velocity of the equipment, will change the work status of components in the spray system frequently, it is not good for improving the asphalt distributing quality. A new synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment with hydraulic chassis is advanced, which is dependent upon stabilized velocity and unchangeable spray pressure to achieve higher asphalt distributing precision and aggregate bestrewing quality. 6 figs, 8 refs.
