摘    要:基于绿色拆船理念,以大连船舶重工集团钢业有限公司VLCC拆船项目“NEW VICTORY”号为研究对象,以已经生效的《欧盟(EU)1257/2013船舶回收法规》为准则,提出一种VLCC绿色拆船工艺方案。方案按照法规要求做出了船舶有害材料(IHM)清单,考虑了拆解过程中稳性变化对剩余船体的影响,制定了三条拆解原则,用PATRAN软件对拆解剩余船体结构进行了有限元分析,制定了安全拆解顺序,达到了环境污染小,码头拆解不倾覆、不折断,剩余船体顺利进坞拆解的预期效果。

Green Ship-recycling Process of VLCC

Abstract:It proposes a green dismantling process scheme based on EU 1257/2013 Ship Recycling Convention, which has entered into force. Taking New Victory as the study object, which is the ship-recycling project of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry, Ship Recycling Co., Ltd., it considers the stability in the dismantling process which affects the remaining hull, develops three dismantling principles, finishes finite element analysis of the remaining hull with PATRAN, determines the hanging position of the sub-block and develops a detailed dismantling order. It causes less pollution of the environment. The process realizes the expected effect that the ship is not be overthrow or broke in the pier dismantling process and the remaining hull is smoothly dismantled.
