基于LabVIEW的燃气发动机排放数据采集系统设计

摘    要:摘要:为优化燃气发动机排放性能,以LabVIEW为开发平台,队列状态机为程序主结构,进行了排放数据采集系统的设计,实现多通道数据的实时采集、显示及TDMS文件格式的数据保存。在数据处理中,通过Matlab调用DLL文件中的相关函数,实现Matlab对TDMS文件的操作。试验表明,该系统可靠性高,响应快,数据处理效率高。

Abstract:To improve the performance of engine emissions, the data acquisition system is designed based on queued state machine in software of LabVIEW. The system can achieve the functions of multi-channel real-time data acquisition, dis play and data store in the form of TDMS files. When processing data,TDMS files can be operated by calling relative func tions in the DLL files with Matlab. The results indicate that the system has high reliability, fast response, high efficiency during processing data.
