港口竞争力评价模型研究

随着港口间的竞争日益加剧和港口功能的拓展，港口竞争力所涉及的范围也日益变化，在此背景下，对港口竞争力进行研究就显得尤为重要。为了对港口竞争力进行分析，本文针对港口指标多输入多输出的特点，应用数据包络分析方法，分别引入C2R和C2GS2模型，对中国主要港口竞争力进行评价，以期找出非有效性的港口，并对其提出改进建议。作者根据实际港口输入输出数据指标，对10个港口进行了有效性评价，结果表明DEA用于港口竞争力评价是有效的。

Research of Evaluating Port Competitiveness Model

With the increasing competition awong ports, the content of port competitiveness is also changing. Under this background, aprobe of competitiveness of aport is particularly important. In order to analyze the competitiveness of ports, according to the multiple-input multiple-output characteristics of the port indexes, and introducing C：Rand C2GS： models the data envelopment analysis was applied to evaluating the competitiveness of China＇s major ports, in order to identify the non-validity ports and propose the recommendations for improving these ports. Based on the actual data, the effectiveness of 10 ports of China was evaluated and the result shows that the DEA for evaluating port competitiveness is valid.
