摘    要:用三种不同浓度的硒(0.5μg Se/ml、0.75μg Se/ml、1.0μg Se/ml),分别加入体外培养的心肌细胞,观察到加入0.5μg Se/ml后的90%心肌细胞搏动的频率和强度有明显的加快和增强(加硒前频率为92±46次/分,强度为0.65±0.29mm。加硒后频率为188±34次/分,强度为3.1±0.36mm,p<0.01),节律整齐不变或使不整齐的搏动在加硒后变为整齐的搏动;加入0.75μg Se/ml的心肌细胞搏动频率显著减慢)加硒前频率为116±38次/分,强度为0.54±0.15mm,加硒后频率为39±19次/分,强度为3.9±0.41mm,P<0.01)搏动节律由整齐变为不整齐;加入1.0μg Se/ml的心肌细胞搏动频率、强度仅稍有增加,但不明显,而显著的是搏动节律在加硒后5/7小时全部出现不整齐搏动,17~21小时停止搏动或仅有细胞颤动。

Abstract:Three different selenium (Se) concentrations were added to the mediun of cultured myocardial cells (CMC) in order to observe their beating frequency and intensity. The results showed that after adding 0.5μg Se/ml the beating frequency of and intensity 90% CMC increased distinctly (p<0.01). Regular rhythm did not change and arrhytmic pulsation became regular. After adding 0.75μg Se. ml, the pulsation frequency slowed significantly (p<0.01) and the intensity increased markedly (p<0.01). After adding 1.0μg Se/ml, the frequency and intensly of CMCs were enhanced slightly. Apparently, the pulsation of all cells became irregular 5~7 hrs after adding Se and it stopped or only cellular tremor was found 17~21 hrs after Se was added.
