既有线斜交框架中继间顶进施工技术

摘    要:研究目的以胶济电化工程DK253 185.267m 14m 7m辛化路立交框架桥施工为例,介绍了在维持既有运营的情况下,对斜交分段式框架施工方法的多方案比选后,确定采用中继间顶进的施工方法进行施工。研究方法对中继间顶进法施工中的顶进后背设计、斜交转正块设计、滑床的处理、线路加固及临时墩设计、顶进方向控制等技术要点进行了详细的阐述。研究结果在施工过程中对上述技术要点的控制,该桥整个施工时间只用了135d,分段框架前后相错量控制在5mm以内,安全、优质、快速地完成了该桥施工。

Abstract:Research purposes: Taking the construction of Xinhualu Flyover Frame Bridge at DK 253 185.267 m 14 m 7 m in Jinan-Yantai Railway Electrification Project as an example, it was decided to adopt the construction technique of jack-in between junctions while keeping the line open to traffic, after comparing many schemes for construction of skew sectional frame. Research methods: The technical points are described in details of jack-in design of rear back, design of skew inverting block, designs of sliding bed treatment and track strengthening, design of temporary pier and control of jack-in direction for the construction conducted by adopting method of jack-in between junctions in this paper. Research results: It only took 135 days to finish construction of the bridge quickly with features of safety and high quality due to control of the technical points mentioned above during construction. The tolerance was within 5mm between the front end and rear end of sectional frame.
