南京南站综合枢纽道路集疏运系统规划设计

摘    要:为了使南京南站达到高效便捷、快速集散,提高道路交通对综合枢纽的保障能力,进行道路集疏运系统规划设计是必要的。该文根据南京南站的区位特征和功能定位,结合交通需求分析,按照"以人为本、公交优先、同向进出、全面对接"的规划理念,提出了南京南站综合枢纽道路集疏运系统的规划设计方案以及交通组织设计,包括快速环线工程、高架联络道工程,为国内大型客运枢纽的规划设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to make Nanjing Railway South Station reach the high efficiency,convenience, fast collection and dispersion,to enhance the ensuring capacity of road traffic for the integrated hub, it is necessary to plan and design of the road collection and dispersion transport system.Based on the areal characteristic and the functional orientation of Nanjing Railway South Station,combined with the analysis of traffic demand and according to the planning idea of"people oriented,bus transit first,passing in and out by the same direction,overall butt junction",the article puts forward the planning design scheme and the traffic organization design of road collection and dispersion transport system of Nanjing Railway South Station Integrated Hub including the express ring line project and the elevated liaison passage project,which can provide the reference for the planning design of the large-sized passenger transport hub in China.
