高压旋流喷雾特性的三维数值模拟

摘    要:基于高压旋流喷嘴内部流动对喷雾过程进行数值模拟,并定性研究了喷油压力和环境压力对喷雾特性的影响。研究结果表明:在高的喷油压力下,喷雾贯穿距离增大,液滴索特平均直径减小,但喷雾锥角基本不受影响;在高的环境压力下,喷雾呈现出实心圆锥状,喷雾锥角和贯穿距离都减小,液滴索特平均直径增大。

Abstract:Three-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out for studying the spray generated by a high-pressure swirl injector. The internal flow ,the liquid sheet break-up and the evolution of the spray are simulated consequently. The effects of injection pressure and ambient pressure on the spray characteristics are studied and obtained by the qualitative comparison of the simulated results. With the increasing of the injection pressure ,the spray penetration increases,the sauter mean diameter decreases,while the spray cone angle is almost unchanged. With the increasing of the ambient pressure,the hollow-cone spray collapses into solid-cone spray,accordingly the spray cone angle and penetration decrease, while the sauter mean diameter increases.
