摘    要:我国加油(气)站普遍存在高峰期拥挤排队现象,论文研究了基于排队论的高峰期汽车加油(气)站优化模型,通过分析服务系统在排队等候中的概率特性,解决系统的最优设计和最优控制,从定性和定量的角度分析高峰期加油(气)站的运行状况。以重庆市八公里加气站为例,依据实地调查数据,运用已建立的排队论模型进行案例分析,提出加气站最佳加气枪设置数量和最优配置方案,以解决加气站高峰期拥挤排队加气的问题。

Abstract:It is a common phenomenon that it is very crowed in oil(gas) station in rush hours.This paper puts forward a model for gas station optimization in rush hours based on queuing theory.The model studies the probability characteristics in the queuing line of service systems in order to solve the system optimal design and optimal control and analyze operating conditions of oil(gas) stations quantitatively and qualitatively.Finally,taking Chongqing eight-kilometer gas station for example,based on survey data and the established queuing model,this paper puts forward an optimal number of gas filling hose and optimal configuration of gas stations to solve the problem of crowded queuing in rush hours.
