| 摘 要： | 公路货车计重收费是对我国收费公路收费模式的改革，它比现行按车型分类的收费方式更具公平性和合理性。截至2007年6月，全国已有四分之三的高速公路实行了货车计重收费，但在制定计重收费方案时，如何将按车型分类收费模式向计重收费模式进行合理转换，仍是一个值得深入研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Abstract： The road freight vehicle toll by weight is a charge pattern reformation on charge road in China, it is more fair and rational than the charge way by vehicle type classification. Until June in 2007, the national 3/4 highway has implemented the freight vehicle toll by weight. However, how to transform the charge pattern from toll by vehicle type to toll by weight is still a question which will be worth studying when making the charge plan. |
