基于人车冲突分析的转向专用相位设置研究

摘    要:为缓解行人与转向机动车的冲突,提出在满足一定条件下的信号交叉口设置转向专用相位.运用基于人车冲突分析的转向车辆通行能力模型和行人过街平均延误计算模型,通过对比分析设置转向专用相位前后交叉口通行能力和行人过街平均延误,给出了转向专用相位的设置条件.研究表明,在该条件下设置转向专用相位将提高信号交叉口的通行能力,降低行人过街的平均延误.

Research on Setting Exclusive Turn Phase based on Pedestrian-vehicle Conflict Analysis

Abstract:To ease conflict between pedestrians and turn vehicles,setting exclusive turn phase at signalized intersection with certain conditions is proposed.Using turn vehicle capacity model based on pedestrian-vehicle conflict analysis and average pedestrian crossing delay model,through comparative analysis of intersection capacity and the average pedestrian crossing delay before and after setting exclusive turn phase,the condition of set exclusive turn phase is gave.The research shows that setting exclusive turn phase under the condition will improve the signalized intersection capacity and reduce the average pedestrian crossing delay.
