| 摘 要： | 针对停车区服务水平评价问题,选取车辆首次寻找车位被拒绝的概率作为一个评价指标.面向包含两个停车场的停车区,建立了指标的计算模型.通过算例分析了停车区容量、饱和度以及两个停车场泊位数的比例对指标的影响.结果表明,均衡设置两个停车场的泊位数可以减小车辆首次寻找车位被拒绝的概率.

| Abstract: | To evaluate parking area service level,the index of the probability of being rejected for a car seeking a parking place for the first time was selected.For the parking area consisting of two parks,a calculation model was established,and the impact of parking area capacity,saturation and the ratio of parking place number of the two parks was analyzed by computation examples.Results show that equilibrating parking place number of the two parks will decrease this probability.A new direction for estimating parking area service level is provided,and reference is also made for parks planning and guidance information issue. |
