摘    要:运用国家标准GB/T19624--2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》对在用含缺陷压力管道进行安全评定,在国内业界还很少开展。通过对2组环焊缝含未焊透缺陷压力管道的安全评定,提供了对在用含缺陷且载荷复杂的压力管道进行安全评定的方法和步骤,介绍了运用GB/T19624--2004对带环向未焊透缺陷压力管道进行安全评定的方法,为广泛开展在用含缺陷压力管道安全评定提供参考,以保证压力管道运行的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:Application of GB/T19624--2004 safety assessment for in-service pressure vessels containing defects to pressure pipes containing defects has been rarely seen. By analyzing defects (lack of penetration) on two circumferential weld joints, a new safety assessment method for defective in-service pressure pipes which are under complicated loads was presented. This method cart he applied to the safety assessment of pressure p~pes containing lack of penetratiort on circumferential weld joints through the application of GB/TI9624--2004. Generally speaking, this method may serve as a reference for the development of defective in- service pressure pipe safety assessment, and further enhance the safety and economy of pressure pipe operation.
