五爪观隧道穿越暗河设计处理措施

摘    要:研究目的:宜万铁路工程地质和水文地质极其复杂,岩溶、岩溶水、暗河极其发育,施工中容易出现突水突泥、坍塌等灾难性事故,严重威胁隧道施工安全,通过对五爪观暗河的处理,探索出一套经济合理、安全可行的措施,确保隧道施工及运营安全,为类似的工程问题积累经验。研究方法:通过工程类比及现场试验。研究结果:在暗河处理过程中,对处理暗河的横洞、底板的施做顺序、导流、注浆工艺、注浆材料及注浆参数、隧道的支护结构、防排水等提出可行的处理措施。研究结论:通过采取一系列的工程措施,五爪观隧道上台阶成功穿越暗河段,实践验证了处理措施是合理可行的。

Abstract:Research purposes: The disaster accidents of burst water,mud and collapse occurred easily in construction of Yichang-Wanzhou Railway due to the complicated engineering and hydrologic geologies with karst,water in karst,underground river and their developments,which threatened the safety of tunnel construction 1.A set of economic,safe and feasible measures were explored through making treatment of underground river at Wuzhaoguan so as to guarantee the safety of construction and operation,which provided experience for similar construction.Research methods:The engineering comparison and site experiment were made.Research results:The research and demonstration were made on construction order,diversion,grouting process,grouting materials and grouting parameters for the transverse hole and bottom plate of treated underground river as well as supporting structure,prevention and drainage of water for the tunnel during treatment of underground river in order to make the measures feasible.Research conclusions:The upper bench of Wuzhaoguan Tunnel passed through underground river successfully through taking a serious of engineering measures.The practice proved the treatment measures were feasible.
