摘    要:<正> 利用金黄色葡萄球菌A蛋白(简称SPA)可以非特异性的结合IgG的Fc段,且不影响Fab段抗体活性这一特性,国外从七十年代开始已积累了大量应用资料。它是继免疫萤光技术与放射免疫分析法发展起来的一种新技术。不仅可以检测抗原,还可以检测抗体,具有取材方便、设备简单、方法简便、易于推广并可大量节省诊断血清等优点。因此我们于1981年选用含A蛋白丰富的Z_5株标记已扩大稀释倍数的原志贺氏菌属诊断血清进行玻片凝集试验,并和常规诊断血清进行对比观察,效果满意、现将实验结果报告于下:


A New SPA Coagulation Reagent for Diagnosis of Shigella and its Clinical Application
Abstract:A new coagulation test for diagnosis of Shigella was established by using25 strain of staphylococcus aureus, rich in protein A, sensitized by 15 spe-cific antisera to Shigella as the reagent in place of the conventional diag-nostic antisera. Serial standard Shigella strains and 102 positive strains se-parated from fecal samples of patients infected by Shigella in 1980 weretested for defining the specifity and sensitivity of the new reagent in typingand grouping of Shigella, and all the tests were performed by using the new and conventional reagents in parallel for a comparative purpose. Experi-ments have shown that the new SPA reagent was satisfactory with the fo-llowing advantages: 1, It is good in specifity as shown by no cross-reactionamong enterobacteria; 2, It is more sensitive than conventional antiserareagent, especially in coagulation with the dead bacteria; 3, It is moreeconomical with regard to consumption of the antisera, with the same resultsby dilution of antisera by 25-200 times. Thus, the new SPA coagulation testreagent appears to have a potential as a useful tool used in. clinical diagn-ostic, prophylactic and research work.
