| 摘 要： | 作者采用免疫组化的方法,原位观察比较了慢性萎缩性胃炎与正常胃粘膜组织中细胞间粘附分子(ICAM—1)的原位表达。结果发现,与正常胃粘膜比较,慢性萎缩性胃炎组织有大量ICAM—1阳性炎性细胞浸润,且其数目与病变程度呈平行关系,提示ICAM—1的表达在慢性胃炎的发病机制中可能具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in situ was observed and compared between the chronic atrophic gastritis and normal mucosa of stomach with immunohis-tochemistry method in this article. The result showed that, compared with normal mucosa of stomach, a large number of ICAM-1 infiltratingcells were seen in the chronic atrophic gastritis. Moreover, the numbers of ICAM-1 cells were parallel to the degree of pathologic changes. It suggests that the expression of ICAM-1 may play an important role in the pathologic mechanism of chronic gastritis. |
