北李官E匝道桥跨京沈连接线门贝雷片设计与施工

本项目是新建高架桥梁跨越现有通行道路,因桥下通行量较大,且新建桥梁所处平曲线半径较小纵坡较大,为便于标高调整和拆模,门洞上部施工采用碗扣式脚手架和两孔贝雷片组合的支撑方式,保证施工快速架设的同时保证了费用的节省。通过对上部荷载分析和稳定性计算,经过施工验证此方案的经济性和合理性,解决了此类桥梁上部施工的难点。

The Design and Construction of Berea Piece for the Doorway of Beiliguan E Ramp Bridge Crossing Beijing-shenyang Cables

This project is the new elevated bridge to across the existed roads. Because of a large amount of traffic under the bridge, the small horizontal curve radius and the larger slope, and in order to facilitate the adjustment of elevation and removal, the upper part of the doorway have been supported for the combi- nation of bowl scaffold and Berea piece in the construction. In this way, it guarantees the fast erecting and the cost savings in the construction.
